About our company
Since 2005, CMS, Inc. has been helping businesses and home owners in the tri-state area with repairs and routine maintenance.
We found there was a need in our area for qualified supervisory people who could assist in managing and coordinating matinenace and preventative maintenance for local busienss that didn't have a full time in-house maintenance department. CMS was formed to address these needs.
CMS proudly manages over (80) sites in the community using a variety of site visit arrangements and service technician applications. Our business today has grown into a service oriented process, where our technicians complete routine, daily, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly and "emergency" tasks for our clients.

Technician (Active Listing)
A maintenance tech who is capable of evaluating, repairing and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electricl and HVAC systems to keep buildings running smoothly.
- Handling assigned work orders and preventative maintenace inspections.
- Perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks.
- Communicting existing and potential issues with your supervisors.
- Using computerized maintenance management software to record your work.
- Cleaning and maintaining the tools you work with.
- Abiding by different safety measures and policies.
Office Teammate (not active listing)
Taking calls from customers and delivering messages while also using basic office equipment.
- Perform data entry into our computerized maintenance management software
- Prepare invoices, reports, pricing letters, or requests to vendors
Sales (not active listing)
Representing the CMS brand selling services to customers.
